Are you smiling so I smile.
Each time we meet, you give me a hug, and then I want you to not let me, for I feel safe in your arms. You are the one who knows more about me and I know that you care, deep down, though you do not show it, I know. You mean everything to me and I never let you. I remember after we had water and we were goodbye as you whispered in my ear;
I will always love you.
I melted into your words, for it meant a lot to me. I said I will always love you, too, and I shed a tear. But your words were false, you met her and you became a different person. You got cocky and you were not yourself. But now you are yourself again.
But I keep my word;
I will always love you.
