Constantine Sub Download-----------------------------------------DOWNLOAD: http://urllio.com/qzi02 -----------------------------------------John Constantine is approached by Det. Angela Dodson who needs his help to prove that her twin sister Isabel's death was not a suicide. The dead woman was a devout Catholic and Angela refuses to accept she would have taken her own life. She's asked Constantine for help because he has a reputation for dealing with the mystical. In fact, he is a demon hunter whose sole purpose on Earth is to send demons back to the nether regions. John himself has been to Hell and knows that he is destined to return there on his death - but hopes his good deeds may find him a place in Heaven. As he looks into Isabel's death, he realizes demons are trying to break through to the human world, and his battles lead him into a direct conflict with Satan. An ex-legend of exorcism finds a new mission about a dangerous sacred object that has been stolen. A woman meets Constantine, the exorcist, and asks him to help her solving the mystery about her twin sister who, according to her knowing of her relative, would have never killed herself.Horribly written and poorly directed horror movie that takes the source material of the comic book that it's based on (The excellent Hellblazer) and literally destroys it with a script that is so badly written that some of the dialog will make you grunt when you hear it and plot points that has nothing to do with the story at all. The story itself make absolutely no sense because it says one thing and contradicts itself latter with another, so you really have no idea on what is going on from time to time. Some characters serve no purpose what so ever like Constantine's kid sidekick who is as annoying as they come and the angel Gabriel, who is involved in one of the stupidest plot revelations to come out in recent cinema. A revelation that turns this movie's second half into a bad joke. The direction by first time director Frances Lawrence is pretty bad because instead of trying to help the story along, he just resorts to copying what was done before in order to get an effect and relying too heavily on the special effects to tell its story. You can see the influence the movie "Seven" had on him because of the way the lighting is done in some scenes but what he forgets is the fact that "Seven" had a compelling story that scared and held you in your seat until it's shocking climax while this movie will have you thinking on why so much had gone wrong with it in the first place. Acting wise, I will have to join the majority in praising Rachel Weisz for her performance because with out it, the movie would have been a bigger disaster than it is. Rachel Weisz give too much to this film with her performance and gets too little from it. Her performance literally keeps this movie from going under its own stupidly and she does make you think about her character as a real human being who is going though a crises of faith and a corrosion of the soul. She's so good in fact that she makes you almost forgive this movie but unfortunately for her and the people paying to see it, she is the only actor who is able to rise above the bad script and lousy direction to give a compelling performance. Keanu Reeves, who plays the title character of John Constantine is a decent actor when he is motivated but he looks like he's on some kind of drug in this film and does not come a cross well in his role. You don't really believe his character at all by the way Keanu plays him and the movie loses credibility because of it. You can't blame him for his lack of interest because of how bad the script is but he could have done better or they could have gotten a better actor to play the character instead.
I suggest you see this film for Rachel Weisz's better what this film deserved performance only because the only good thing this

You can't blame him for his lack of interest because of how bad the script is but he could have done better or they could have gotten a better actor to play the character instead.

I suggest you see this film for Rachel Weisz's better what this film deserved performance only because the only good thing this film really has.Keanu Reeves plays the title character in this adaptation of the cult DC/Vertigo comic book called Hellblazer, and while the movie does have its merits, it's not very faithful to the source material that it came from. The movie stars Keanu Reeves as a gumshoe whose specialty is in dealing with the occult. He specialty draws the attention of a police detective played by Rachel Weisz, who asks for his help in her investigation of her twin sister's suicide. A suicide that she thinks that is more than it appears to be. In due time, they both will encounter what lies under the surface of their world which is inhabited by both the angels of heaven and the demons of the underworld who are both fighting their own war for the fate of mankind. The movie is shot beautifully in the way it tries to capture both of the landscapes of good and evil that lives in this film's setting and the special effects does the film justice in its interpretation of hell that looks like an apocalyptic version of downtown Los Angeles, which is the setting of this film by the way. Unfortunately, the script is so unfocused that it hurts what this film trying to accomplish and the dialog itself lacks conviction for the material itself. The climax of the film is a major letdown because it just takes all the serious aspects of the film and just tosses them out in favor of a brief Matrix like a gunfight that undercuts the movie's tone and an incoherent ending that leaves more questions than answers. I'm not as hard as a lot of people are on the acting abilities of Keanu Reeves and he does his role well but his performance lacked something here in this film and it felt more phone in than genuine. Rachel Weisz on the other hand delivers a strong and moving performance that does deliver the goods but you will end up thinking that she is giving more to the film that it deserves because her performance is way too good for this movie. She's so good in fact that if the people who made this film wanted to make a faithful adaptation of the Hellblazer comic book, they could have cast her in the role of Kitt, Constantine's one true love. Now being a casual reader of the comic of whom this film is based on, the character of John Constantine is not well represented in this film and the script makes him look like a shill who wants to redemption which is the polar opposite of who the character is in the comic book who only served himself. The character also had a slick side to him that gave you the impression that he knew more than he let on while the character in the movie is flying by the seat of his pants during the whole film. Plus he relied on his wits to defeat his enemies while the character in the movie has a gadget man who makes him weapons (The brass knuckles scene in the movie is a joke because the John Constantine of the comic book can't handle himself well in a fight). The cancer subplot in the film only serves as a footnote while in the comic book, it had more of an impact and certain characters who show up in the film are just watered down versions of their comic counterparts. The most offensive of these characters is Chaz, who is John Constantine's best friend (and is a grown man with kids) but he is reduced to a street kid who is basically a lap dog for Constantine to pick on. The only character in the film that closely resembles the comic book is Papa Midnight, who's really more of an adversary in the comic than the friend he is in the movie. Judging this movie on it's own merits, It's a passable popcorn movie that has a better than deserved performance by Rachel Weisz. Judging the movie as an adaptation of the comic book, it's a letdown. An engrossing mix of atmospheric gothic horror and smart sci-fi that's cemented by intriguing mythology, terrific visual effects, a dry sense of humor and an ideally cast Keanu Reeves. The following FAQ entries may contain spoilers. Only the biggest ones (if any) will be covered with spoiler tags. Spoiler tags are used sparingly in order to make the page more readable. "Passive" by A Perfect Circle. Near the end of the movie, Constantine is attacked by Gabriel so he commits suicide to lure Lucifer out. (As stated earlier in the film, Constantine is probably the only person that Lucifer would personally appear to collect.) Knowing that Lucifer is powerful enough to stop his own son Mammon from taking over Earth, Constantine informs him that Mammon (with help from the archangel Gabriel) is in the next room preparing to take over and rule Earth. After stopping Mammon and Gabriel from completing their ritual, Lucifer offers to thank Constantine with one wish, to which Constantine requests that Angela's twin sister Isabel be spared and sent to heaven, instead of remaining in hell. Lucifer grants Constantine's wish, and just as he is about to take Constantine away in hell with him, he is interrupted by a divine light that begins to take Constantine to heaven (reward for sacrificing himself in exchange for Isabel.) Realizing that Constantine's selfless sacrifice just duped him, Lucifer grabs Constantine and resurrects him, curing him of his cancer, and leaving him on Earth. (The black substance that Lucifer is holding in his hands is Constantine's lung cancer.) After resurrecting him, Lucifer tells Constantine that he now has a second chance to commit another sin strong enough to damn him to hell. At the end of the movie, Constantine - now free of lung cancer - decides to chew gum instead of smoking. Its a golden crucifix crafted onto a shotgun that's also attached to a flamethrower. After Beeman was killed, Constantine found his notes and formulas of how he made weapons and created the crucifix-shotgun. He only uses this when he fights demons though. He is a half-human, half-demon form. Constantine refers to him as a "half breed." He was sent by Lucifer into the world in order to scare Constantine and convince him that he is going to hell. Beeman, his deliveryman and trusted friend, brings him holy artifacts and valuables. He offers John:

  • Bullet shavings from the assassination attempt on the Pope.

  • Crystal balls filled with holy water from the River Jordan to burn the demon.

  • Small matchbox of screeching insects from Amityville that can disturb a demon's hearing.

  • A golden flamethrower filled with dragon's breath.

The golden crucifix-shotgun is crafted by Constantine after Beeman is killed.

Constantine carries a copy of The Holy Bible with him.

In his fight with Balthazar, Constantine uses golden brass knuckles with crosses on them.

In the demon street scene with Angela, Constantine lights part of the holy shroud of Moses. Gabriel's supernatural powers and qualities are very much taken away, and is left to live as a mortal in earth susceptible to pain and all the other vicissitudes of mortality. This is highlighted when Constantine punches the archangel who then screams in pain and bleeds, and John remarks "this is called pain, Gabriel, get used to it". Not really. Constantine's demeanour, his way of life and his chronic smoking are relatively accurate, but his appearance and nationality are completely different. He does have a taxi driver friend called Chas, and has an association with an African-American voodoo expert called Midnite, although Chas is his own age and is physically tougher than Constantine is. Gabriel's fate is also similar in the comics.

The plot is based loosely on the Dangerous Habits storyline, as Constantine is dying of cancer and is required to outwit the devil, but the similarities pretty much end there.

One of the biggest changes is changing Constantine from British to America. This can be overlooked depending how much a fan of the comics you are. Yes. After all the end credits have rolled, there is a brief scene in which Constantine visits Chas' grave at the cemetery. After a while, when John is about to leave, we see Chas, who has ascended as an angel, standing on his gravestone, and then flying onto the sky. a5c7b9f00b https://softternomethfadal.wixsite.com/chaldijasu/blog/episode-1-5-hd-mp4-download https://disqus.com/home/discussion/channel-nafedreaburdi/a_troubled_mind_full_movie_kickass_torrent/ https://achsteadpopenstor.wixsite.com/loperfetour/blog/bajrangi-bhaijaan-full-movie-online-free https://eranycbomindlidicp.wixsite.com/comphasresemb/blog/scarlet-samurai-incarnation-tamil-pdf-download http://emedlifeline.com/m/feedback/view/A-Girl-Appears-Movie-In-Hindi-Dubbed-Download https://disqus.com/home/discussion/channel-suppwilsatocur/the_tomb_raider_20_year_celebration_challenge/ http://www.g3themes.com/demo/dolphin/Dolphin_group/m/feedback/view/The-Ninja-Assassin-Hindi-Dubbed-Free-Download https://pastebin.com/hymFwL5g https://www.causes.com/posts/4927115 http://www.mazojiliza.lt/en/news/view/id/261678
