John Cutter is a security expert, who is presently still mourning the death of his wife. His friend, who works for an airline, offers him the job of chief of security, which he accepts. He is then being flown to L.A. for the company's annual meeting, where he will be introduced as the new Chief of Security. But unfortunately for him, Charles Rane, a stoic and deranged terrorist, who was caught by the FBI and is also being flown to L.A. is on the plane. And Rane's people are on board, who then take over the plane but Cutter throws a monkey wrench into his plans. This is an excellent film of the early 90's, I loved it a lot. This movie is nothing but a great fun kick-ass movie. This movie has a lot of action packed thriller, and the actors performances were absolutely terrific. Wesley Snipes surely kicks some terrorist ass, with martial arts moves and he had a great acting. Elizabeth Hurley was very good in one of her first performances and she was excellent in being one of the bad guys in this movie. This is one of my favorite plane movies. I hope to see it again on T.V, better yet, on DVD, since I have a new one at home right now. "Everyone in the room is dumber having seen it." -Almost a Billy Madison quote. This movie is dumber than dumb. Three hijackers "stroll away" unnoticed from the airplane? The FBI suddenly taking their orders from Wesley? Wesley runs around in a turtle neck, with a sweater on top, and a leather jacket... while all the people around him are wearing T-shirts!(see carnival scene) Stupid people, doing stupid things, to further the plot of a stupid movie. I could go on for days about the stupidity involved(plane fuselage crumbling while passengers "woot"). Instead, I will go work on my jetski...
