27 Jan 2017 At 20 degrees I put her in a t-shirt and then babygro sleepsuit and then a 1.0 tog grobag. But quite often the temperature can drop a few degrees through the night. I have a friend who wakes her baby in the night to change him into a thicker tog sleeping bag due to this, which I think seems ridiculous. What do other people do
6 Mar 2017 I had my baby in a 1 tog lastnight with a bodysuit and a vest and she woke twice with cold legs. Tonight she's in a 2.5 tog same room temperature Ns same clothes and I'm slightly anxiois( really freaking out lol) as to whether it's too warm. I was putting him in a vest and sleepsuit but i think this is a bit warm (loads more than the guide says) so was going to just try a long sleved vest tonight. Our room is 21 too and we have her in vest, sleepsuit without feet (I think it does make a slight difference to retaining heat) and 2.5 Tog Grobag.

19 Dec 2009 and then worry all night about the SIDS risk. I should only be using a long sleeved vest/ sleep suit and NO blankets! At the moment, the room is betweem 15-17 during the night, and LO (little one) wears a long sleeved vest, a sleep suit, socks and has a blanket over a 2.5tog Grobag. What do you do?
