General rules and regulations for Siimii
This agreement was originally written in Swedish. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the Swedish version, the Swedish version controls. The words ”we” and ”us” in the following text refer to the company Bilddagboken AB. The word ”SiiMii” refer to the SiiMii service.1. The SiiMii service
The SiiMii service gives you the opportunity to raise attention to a page on the internet, e.g. Your blog, your Dayview, your YouTube clip or something else that you wish to make people aware of. The purpose of the SiiMii service is to let you highlight interesting content on the internet for as many persons as possible.
A SiiMii consists of a small image and a short text. A click on a SiiMii takes the clicking user to a target site (URL) of the customers choice. The image the SiiMii contains is automatically fetched from the target site (URL) which the customer has chosen. A SiiMii is displayed for approximately 5 minutes on our partner web sites.
To use the SiiMii service is to agree to the general terms and conditions of the service SiiMii. The service SiiMii is provided by Bilddagboken AB.
2. General terms
- You must abide to Swedish law. If you are not residing in Sweden, you must abide to Swedish law as well as any other country or states, for you applicable, law.
- Content provided by you must not contain or allude to sex, nudity, or which may otherwise be perceived as sexually charged, the promotion of drugs and illegal publishing of copyrighted material.
- You must not use SiiMii for unlawful activities or distribution of material that is illegal or that may be perceived as offensive, such as incitement, harassment, bullying, chain letters or infringement of intellectual property rights.
- You are not allowed to use SiiMii for businesslike or commercial purposes including, but not limited to, junk mail, spam, chain letters, multi-level-marketing/pyramid scheme structured businesses or similar concepts such as gratisbio, alltinggratis, lockerz, plusikassan and others. This applies to SiiMiis that leads directly to previously described content as well as SiiMiis leading to the previously described content through a blog or photo at Dayviews.com.
- You are not allowed to create SiiMiis that leads to any kind of pornographic content. This applies to SiiMiis that leads directly to previously described content as well as SiiMiis leading to the previously described content through a blog or image at Dayviews.com.
- You are not allowed to create SiiMiis that leads to any kind harmful web page or software including, but not limited to, virus, scamsites, malware and phishing. This applies to SiiMiis that leads directly to previously described content as well as SiiMiis leading to the previously described content through a blog or image at Dayviews.com.
- You are not allowed to use, copy or otherwise provide and distribute user information.
- Any form of hacking or hacking attempts on our systems is prohibited and will be reported to appropriate government agency/agencies.
- Misuse and abuse of SiiMii is prohibited, including, but not limited to, publishing an unreasonable amount of SiiMiis in a way that can be considered as spam.
- You may not distribute political or religious propaganda.
- You are personally responsible for any photos, images and texts that you use to create a SiiMii.
- You may not use text or images in SiiMii that may be considered objectionable, offensive or sexually suggestive. You may not publish images, photos and names of people who has not explicitly approved of it.
- Since SiiMii can be seen by everyone, no content that is sexually suggestive, or showing any form of pornography or nudity, even mild nudity, is allowed. This includes, for example, images that contain hardly anything more than a neckline or a stomach. We reserve the right to determine what is OK.
Violation of this agreement may result in having your SiiMii deleted without any prior notice.
If your SiiMii is removed before it's published you're entitled to reimbursement by receiving a voucher for one free SiiMii. If your SiiMii is removed after it's been published you have exhausted the services you purchased and will not be reimbursed or compensated in any way.
Violation of this agreement may also lead to having your credits for more SiiMiis deleted and/or have your SiiMii account removed without prior notice. Serious offenses will be reported. Linking to websites with illegal content is not allowed. You are responsible and will be held accountable for your linking.
Using copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the explicit consent of the copyright holder is illegal and is prohibited to use as SiiMii content.
If we suspect that you provided false information when registering or in your settings, your account may be deleted.
We reserve the right to, without any warning, remove an account if we find that the content associated with the account in any way is being perceived as inappropriate on SiiMii.com or any of our partner sites.
3. Laws and regulations
You must abide to Swedish law when using SiiMii, as well as any other legislation that may be applicable.
Note that a criminal offense is not required for for us to warn a user or delete a user account.
4. Rights
You have no right to use SiiMii for commercial purposes, such as sales, surveys, or endorsement of any product / business or service, nor through competitions in any form. Upon such violation, we can claim for damages. Exceptions may be granted, but you must first obtain our written approval for such an exemption.
You have the right to use SiiMii to advertise non-profit events such as, for example, school disco, concert and after-school graduation party. You also have the right to use SiiMii to promote a hobby with limited sales, such as crafts, for example jewelry making, sewing and carpentry/woodcraft. We reserve the right to decide what we see as non-profit events, what we see as a hobby and what we do not see that any of these.
5. User information
Bilddagboken AB, Swedish corporate id 556721-9489, is responsible for personal information.

We value your privacy. We give high priority to the protection of the information you entrust to us. We see it as a matter of course to obey Swedish laws and rules, such as Data Protection Act to protect your privacy. Only a limited number of persons with specific authorization have access to your information.
The data we keep is necessary for the user to be able to use Dayviews.com and its features on a regular basis.
In order to prevent illegal activity on the site, we log your IP. Your IP will only be provided by request, and only to the police.
6. Changed terms
We always have the right to change the rules and the general conditions for SiiMii. We encourage users to visit the Rules page to check and see if any changes have occurred. If amendments are such that the use of SiiMii change in a significant way will be notified to users. We will never sell personal information, such as e-mail addresses. By continuing to use SiiMii deemed to have accepted the user changed the rules and conditions.
7. Purchase policy
Availability

We have the right to change the service without being required to repay the cost of purchased services. SiiMii can not guarantee that the content you post on the page will remain for all time. Content that violates our rules or is otherwise perceived as inappropriate at SiiMii.com or any of our partner sites will be removed.

Stated prices are shown including taxes and transaction fees. Regarding text messages, your operator can charge you with additional fees.

Return policy
You have the right to cancel this service. This means that you have the right to notify us that you change your mind within 14 days from the date you received the product. You are not entitled to exercise your right to cancel if we, with your permission, started performing the services during the cancellation period. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact our support through our support form.
Guardian's approval
If you are under 18 years of age you must have approval from parent or llegal guardian to purchase the product.
8. Other
SiiMiis you purchase will be publicly available.
We do our best to keep SiiMii functioning as well as possible, but can not guarantee that everything always works perfectly.
