The big stunt in this is the telephone booth that fills with water, first drowning Max's neighbor, then threatening to drown both Max and 99. It's a pretty good bit of business--both threatening and funny (though the entire concept of a phone booth might be foreign to today's audiences!). There's some good interplay with the operator as Max and 99 try and call for help as well. Look for King Moody as Braam's henchman Markovitch. This was before he became the much funnier henchman for Siegfried, Schtarker.
