1st, im on PS4. I've been able to use it once. Not sure how it locked on, and it seems there has been numerous times, it seems, it should have started to lock on but didn't. Why ? Does it lock onto other tanks ? Do I have to do something for it to initiate lock ? Basically I want to use it more but im not sure how.
