2NE1 to perform at SPRINGROOVE 2012
2NE1's Japanese scheduling is filling back up. Our girls are set to perform at SPRINGROOVE 2012. The festival begins on March 31 at Kobe World Hall with the main show on April 1st at the Makuhari Messe in Osaka. SPRINGROOVE is a hip-hop and R&B festival that has hosted many top international Japanese and international stars.
Started in 2006, as Japan’s largest R&B and Hip-Hop festival, SPRINGROOVE has been known for casting top stars locally and internationally. In 2006, SPRINGROOVE invited Snoop Dogg, and after that, each year they invited Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Keyshia Cole, Akon, T-Pain, TLC, and other great R&B Hip-Hop singers to this big festival. This years other confirmed guests include labelmates Big Bang, LMFAO, David Guetta, Shun, Bobby Burns, AfroJack, Pixie Lott, Kato Miliyah, Kreayshawn, and Azealia Banks.
Recall that 2NE1 was set to perform at this event last year, however it was cancelled after the devastating tsunami.
