For Blackjacks on Twitter, it is indeed a glorious moment to finally see Minzy and Bom truly "VERIFIED" on Twitter. One step closer to world domination!
The little blue badge on a Twitter profile indicates that the user has been verified as the legitimate account, basically they are who they say they are. Twitter verifies accounts of popular and well known musicians, actors, journalists, politicians, media, fashion personalities - basically people that find themselves in the media/business spotlight. In a sea full of impostors, impersonators & role play accounts this little blue badge can make a big difference and save a lot of confusion.
Twitter does not accept requests for verification from the general public. As long as an a key interest personality meets their qualifications, the account will be verified.
