I was at work earlier today. Went out for a bit, to leave the thrash. While walking around in this unfamiliar area, I felt at ease. It was a nice area. I could see myself doing those rails there.. and there was no telling what I could come up with in the large backyard. Life was swirling by. So I finally get to the recycle bins, and get to work. When leaving, behind me, I notice a raspberry plant. It made me remember me and Martin in sixth grade, picking the raspberries. One after the other. We were so young. Not having had a real relationship, not having had sex.. not having been in love. We were just picking our raspberries. That was all that mattered. When did all that time pass by? I remember all the fun we had. My self. When did we turn into those we are now? When did I stop taking life as it came, and started reflecting over all my actions? I picked another unfinished raspberry, tightened the grip on my leather jacket, and walked down the street. Back to work.
