HLA + ELK = BFF
to all those who are seeking love;
i got a story to tell you, its as clear as blood
about the moments that were so good that they stopped my heart
and those times that were so sad, they simply tore me apart
and those happy seconds i swear my heart ceased to beat
and in the bad times i cried so hard, i swore my eyes were gonna bleed
i've met my soulmate and the other half of me
the girl i though only could appear in my dreams
we shared everything together, day after day
but the moment came when i no longer could stay
so i left my new life for the old one i had
to realize that what i left, would never come back
and now after this i have nothing to loose
but my life and my time, so all that i choose
to hold onto is those memories of what we had
and those photographs to the life that i led
so now i simply just sit back and reflect what occured
all i got left is my heart, everything else - i gave her
