Lunch: 250g kvarg med fun light. 170kcal/30protein/9carbs
Middag: 250g kvarg med fun light & Tonfisk i vatten. 300kcal/50protein/9carbs
Utvärdering:
Kcal - 970g
Carbs - 68g
Protein - 120g
Kondition: 1 mils springande = (-600ca kcal -400% carbs)
Gym: 1,5-2 timmar.
