Oh London, how gracious you are. Such a lovely and comforting city.
I know you like London dad...I like London too. It is, actually my favorite city. I think that...I really feel at home in England because you do. It makes sense to me. I was really hoping that we would go back home there on my 18th birthday, this upcoming summer. We were going to have so much fun.
But last summer, or, this summer...2010, you suddenly got sick. At first it didn't seem too serious, but it turned out that you had cancer. I've been so worried about you, you know? I've really been super duper worried and scared. You had an operation that could've gone smoother, but you carried on and made it through, like the warrior you are. You're a very strong man. The strongest and the best there is. You pulled through.
You started with some pill-treatment, and you got better. You could walk and you seemed to grow stronger again. But then, once again things eventually got worse, and around october you started going in and out of the hospital more than often. I knew something wasn't right.
And so, at christmas you felt very sick, and had to go into the hospital again, and then now, on the 30th/31st of December, your condition has grown worse. The doctors say you won't live longer than a month and a half, at best. I'm sorry dad. I'm sorry for everything I've ever done or said to hurt you. I'm sorry that we're not going to England. I'm sorry that I never was a top-notch son. I wish we had more time. Because I love you.
