Brian (Paul Walker) has a heroin case. So he is going to team up with Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and help the feds bring down a heroin importer known as Braga. Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) which is Dominic’s old girlfriend has taken over Dominic's place. She's been in charge of the old crew and was drug trafficking for Braga. After one of her runs Letty is killed by Braga's men. Brain meets up with Dominic at her funeral where they decided to team up to go after Braga. Brian and Dominic will have to go undercover as members of Braga's drug transportation team in Latin America
