She heard his footsteps and turned her head towards him. She looks pretty confused actually, and Kisame sat down in the armchair beside her.
“….So you finally decided to show up?" she said slowly. Kisame sighted.
“You don’t want me here?" he said. “Then I´ll just go back to my room again." He bet it was no idea trying to talk to her now, sad, but if she didn´t want him to…
“No... Please stay." She said, and he looked at her with confusion.
“You want me to stay…?" he said and almost turned his whole body towards her. She, who was sitting so she could rest her hands and her head on her knees, didn´t turn towards him at all.
“mmhm.." she mumbled. “…Kisame…?" He raised an eyebrow.
“I’m sorry." She said. Kisame blinked.
“For what?" he said even more confused. But seeing her like this, it was a whole new side of her. A side he´d never seen. He didn´t know why, but she seemed so… Alone.
“For me being so damn stupid." She said and looked straight at him. Her eyes were like open doors, it felt like he saw directly into her soul. He knew what she felt, that strange feeling that is in between pain and happiness.
“You can go now." She said.
“What….?" He said. “Go?"
“Yeah go. “She said and turned her look towards the window. “Out of Konoha, back to the Akatsuki, you know…?" Kisame widened his eyes; she was going to let him go? Now? But it had only been a week yet.
“Why? Why would you let me go?" he said and got to his feet. She turned her gaze down to her knees again and he could see that she really was in pain.
“Because it will be the best." She mumbled. “You don’t want to be here, I know. Just go… Do you even need a excuse to go..?" Kisame walked over to her and laid a hand on the back of the chair.
“What if I want to stay then..?" Kisame said, making her raise an eyebrow. She laughed a bit sadly and placed her feel on the ground again.
“Why do you want to stay….?" She said in a low tone. Kisame sighted and walked up so he stood in front of her.
“Because It has been really fun being here." he said. She looked up at him in disbelief.
“At least when we did something together." He added.
“…. Do you really mean that?" she said and, he was sure he just imagined it, but it looked like she actually, blushed.
“yep." He said and gave her a slight smile.
“So you´ll stay..?" she said, but now in a much happier tone. She really seemed happy about it, a lot better than the sad and pained part of her.
“Yes I will." Kisame said and she got up on her feet. Then Kisame looked really puzzled when she walked over to the bookshelf, took out a random book and placed it in front of one security cams that were placed around the house. Kisame looked at her with confusion.
“Don’t ask. It will be problems if they saw" she said and grinned. Then Kisame widened his eyes in both chock and that he was sure that he dreamed. She had walked up to him in only in a matter of seconds, and gave him a little kiss on the cheek.
“Thank you" she said and smiled then she turned around and started to walk up to her room. Kisame was speechless. He laid a hand on his cheek and smiled. Kisame was sure that he, right now, was the happiest shark on earth.
