I know Buggy’s mostly kind of the buttmonkey, and lots of people think he’s just there for comic relief, but Buggy really is a wonderful character full of potential and development.
Even though he came from a legendary pirate crew, Buggy lacks many skills and really is quite a bitter coward. But he makes up for it with what I call the Devil’s Luck.
But with a little luck, he’s going a long way. Fate seems to want him to go on, and flashily I will follow this man!
