As the road leads east, I go west
The opposite direction
The adventurous path
Where will it take me
I don't know
And frankly I don't care.
I came upon a woman
Dressed in white, with girly shoes
As i was dressed in black we had nothing in common
Except for our girly shoes
Mine were untied, and so were hers
Where have you been, I asked with a whisperly voice
She starred at me with her big blue eyes
And while I was starring back at her, she pointed at her shoes
I had forgotten, that they were untied
Just like mine.
She had a forget-me-not in her shiny hair
The gushing river had a rythmic sound
Her smile vanished.
With a sombre expression she quietly spoke to me
You're in a come, she said
And gave me her forget-me-not.
