The battle is... over.
And we lost.
And we lost a lot more than just the battle...
The king, Duncan, all the other Grey Wardens... They're all dead.
Me and Alistair is the only ones left in whole Ferelden.
May Andraste save our souls...
We have such a long journey ahead of us, and there's
so much to do, and it's very difficult. My heart is bearing
so much sorrow at the moment. Too much sorrow.
But as Duncan said before he died
"We must push forward. We must always push forward."
We encountered darkspawn for the second time since we got here,
on out way to tower of Ishal, to be ready to light a beacon and send a signal
to Logain for the reinforcements. Unfortunetly, the tower had been taken over,
by filthy darkspawn. And when we finally lit the beacon, darkspawn stormed in
to the room, 3 arrows flew into my body and it went black. Next thing I see is that wilder girl, Morrigan, staring me in my face.
And when I asked her about the battle... We lost, and we also found out,
that the kings right hand and best friend Logain, fled the field and didn't help
the king and Duncan in the battlefield. I was furious when I found out.
I stormed out of the hut and confronted that witch, which seems to be the
true witch of the wilds(I don't know if I'll believe it or not...) and she said that she
saved me and Alistair from that tower, by becoming a giant bird and fly us out of there! INSANE! There's no such magic as that, is there?
Alistair stod beside Flemmeth and wiped tears, and was mumbeling something about go and see the Arl from Redcliffe. I just sighed, and agreed that something must be done about this. Logain is a deserter, Darkspawn is feeding on our fellow friends and now we are the only ones left that can save this godforsaken kingdom. And as if this wasn't enough, Flemmeth wanted US to take Morrigan with us. I was skeptical at first... but her magic can be pretty useful. She's a bitch with a mouth full of insects, but she'll come in handy.
Oh, and, one other thing...
I got a fu**ing dog now. Yeah, that's right.
A sodding dog. Alistair will have to feed him...
I simply refuse.
He found some cake though, somewhere in the outskirts of the wilds.
I was pretty amazed.
He still stinks, however.
We've just reached Lothering, and we must keep pressing on to
Redcliffe, it seems like a good goal in our quest.

Oh, you found a damned dog too, aye?
I didn't really want him, but Alistair insisted on keeping him, that bastard.
