-Börja med att tänka efter. Allting börjar med en tanke. Förändra tillvaron, lev enklare och friare, om man ska till att förändra bör man också finna i sitt hjärta att vara beredd på en uppoffring av sitt överflöd.
-Engagera dig, möt människor, hjälp dem, tänk på att ens handlingar inte bara ger effekt här och nu utan likväl och huvudsakligen på de generationer som kommer.
-Vi äger inte marken vi står på. vi är en del av den, den är vårt hem. Vilken rätt har vi att skövla den och till vilket pris? Detta på grund av en så mänsklig drift som girighet! Är vi beredda att förlora alla naturens rikedomar för egen kortvarig vinning istället för att ta vårt ansvar och vörda vårt hem med respekt och kärlek?
-Tänk en tanke och dela med dig av den, men var aldrig rädd att säga emot och demonstrera för det du tror på. Tystnad är världens baneman.
