When Ed Welburn, who is now GM's vice president of design for North America, thought this car up, he scribbled the idea on a napkin--and the finished product is true to that original design. This performance car was built to set speed and endurance records, and could go over 257 mph. While concept cars get built all the time for the purpose of breaking records, we think this one is particularly cool, because it reminds us that there are magnificent Oldsmobiles from history and that it is truly a shame GM is killing the brand.
Samtidigt kanske det är bäst att andra märken gör nya bilar, än ett märke som heter OLDsmobile.
