Unfinished business

I said I'm sorry for what I've done

I never knew how it would become.

I saw a bright future for you and me

but maybe we were not meant to be.

I wrote this poem for you my dear

I'm sorry for being so unclear.

My love for you is so strong

my heart to me no longer belong.

I'm afraid that you don't really care

that we once was a loving pair.

Remember our kiss when we first met?

That's the girl I will never forget.

We do mistakes and start a fight

we do anything to make it right.

Can you look me in the eyes and say

that I should turn my back and walk away?

I really know were my feelings are

But this will leave a giant scar.

Will I face the fact that it's to late

or will I always sit here and wait?

I try to say what I thought about

but all you do is shutting me out.

Give me a hint, give me a sign

say what you feel, then I'm fine.
