By mixing the dna from Tanystropheus, Anaconda and viper, InGen created a amphibious predator that can stalk prey on land and in the water using its venom to weaken its prey and the coil the muscular neck, squeezing the life awy from the victim.

The tanconda has claimed its fisrt victim before we managed to recaputure it. Miguel Sanchez was found in the swamp, hugged to death and was about to become eaten when the search team found him, however the creature showed great potential as a bio-weapon.
