One past
Burned to the insides of my eyes
I can see it
while others can not
One façade
That I show to those around me
Only a few see the dark spots
in the light that I present
One fire
Of self-hatred and despair
burns the insides of my body
using my own soul as fuel
One scream
wants out but gets no air
I suffocate
in my own hopeless cry for help
One darkness
