You're a BLOCK CAPTAIN! Not bad young un'. Get your street game correct and you might make it up to being a hitman or gang boss. You still have a lot to learn, but for now, you have what it takes to run with a crew. Not necessarily the smartest or most lethal crew, but a crew none the less. In fact, it's a Jew crew and they hail from a retirement community in Boca Raton, Florida. For criminals like you, I recommend trash can smashing, muggings, basic hooliganism, bullying, shake-downs, racketeering, money laundering, drug running, fencing stolen goods, scamming soda machines, writing Facebook apps, running a shady club, selling bootleg anything, dry cleaning, and any other semi-serious racket. haha okej! :P
