A girl read my runes in a warm dressing room,
it was then that I started to think
there has to be something really worth hunting -
I reach for another strong drink.

Take me where the shimmering lights are fading out.
Through the shadows of hate and through the fires of grace.
I followed the voice in the night, beautiful as the black sky,
but nothing I found.
In the streams of sanity I seemingly swim alone.
Far below the light of the moon I try to exist in peace.
But with every step I take, there is someone behind me, tracing them.
