"How dare you violate our home?!"
The patient was angry. Furious.
"I...I don't...I never.."
"This is our home! You have no right to be here!"
The patient started at her. She was shivering and could no longer determen if it was of cold or fear.
"I'm...I'm sorry....I just want to go home," she stammered.
Suddenly, the patient started to laugh. A cold icy laugh.
"Foolish foolish girl. Have you yet to understand?"
She looked confused, at the edge of crying. She shook her head carefully.
The patient looked at her and she could swear she could spot a smile behind the bandaids.
"Nobody ever leaves this place."
"This is our home! You have no right to be here!"
