The lightness you feel when your parents actually admit they acted wrong.
I'm thankful for my mother who actually spoke with my dad about what happen yesterday and how my uncle sees me. (Well, Not really how he sees me but how religion does.)
Dad Was so sorry and said "You're a big girl now and i should have asked you, I'm sorry." He said and kissed my cheek.
My uncle haven't spoken to me sense yesterday which i find slightly rude because his in our home. But hey, Shows how narrow he is.

That's really rude of your uncle, he's the one who should respect how your family deals with things. I'm glad your parents seems to understand at least!
