*This was the first time that Holier Than Thou was performed in Stockholm.
*This was the first time in 13 years that Motorbreath was performed in Stockholm. It was last played here on November 15, 1996.
*This was the first time in 16 years that Welcome Home (Sanitarium) was performed in Stockholm. It was last played here on May 30, 1993.
