Childvision
little sleeping child
just opened his eyes
to see the perfect world
'cuz he can't feel the hate
he don't know any wars
'cuz all he can see
is the face of an angel,
gently calling his name
if you take that perfect world
of our dreams
if you take that silent song
in our hearts
just put those things together
erase all thats left
and you'll see the same
as a newborn child
that little girl,
sitting in her moms lap
she only feels embraced
never want to move away
from the warmth of her embrace
'cuz all that she feels,
is the warmth of an angl
gently whispering her name
if you take that perfect world
of our dreams
if you take that silent song
in our hearts
just put those things together
erase all thats left
and you'll see the same
as a newborn child
yet the world isn't perfect
we all grow up so fast
no the world's never perfect
unless,you're a newborn child
