How the hell are you supposed to forget someone,

when you constantly have to remind yourself, to forget them..?

It's nothing like that, just a guy a from work :)

I guess you're right about that, and that thought has crossed my mind. But no matter how I seem to look at it, it somehow twists back. I thought I had forgot about this person, but.. I got reminded yesterday that I haven't forgot.

Ever considered that the attempt to forget might be what's causing you problem? - Maybe you aren't supposed to forget? Maybe that isn't what you need to move on. Maybe you should look at the things you've tried to forget and go deeper into them. Feel the very stitches holding them together and question their purpose. Ask every annoying heartbreaking question you can come up with and force yourself to give a different answer each time. Go beyond the obvious. Dig. Claw. Bite. Become angry. Scream. Then breathe again and question what you just did. Why did that happen? Why are you letting this happen? What do you gain from being in this emotional turmoil?

Maybe then you'll have changed the way you looked at things. Or maybe you have found that know you are capable of forgetting - because that which kept you from letting the memories fade was found and proven to not be needed any more.

I could do all that, but I know he isn't 'worth' all that trouble :)
