Happy fjärde advent. :)

If you know that the spring festival is not just one day. The night before Lunar New Year("除夕夜") we have a very big dinner with mother's or father's whole family, usually is mom's on my family.:) And so many families choose mom's, too. It's a interesting thing in our country .XD After that we watch usually watch a TV show name is"春节联欢晚会". And we make phone call or text our friends to say:"Happy New Year." it's very normal. And if you a adult and you have a job to make money, when kids say "Happy New Year" to you, you should give some pocket money to them and means the best wishes for the new year :D (some pocket money we call"压岁钱", just beacuse monster name"祟"("岁" and "祟" have same pronunciation), people hope keep the monster away from kids).And after 24:00 some people go to sleep, others stay up watching TV or doing some other stuff till the next morning. And I usually play computer all along till the next morning. It's so hard to explain what we do on the whole festival with English (in chinese it's also hard>.<)and it has many different in different city ,like in our city we have double Lunar New Year called "小年" and "大年", so I just write a night about that.:)

My pleasure. ^ ^But getting to know how people in other country is doing indeed is interesting. Their life is much different from ours.:D I've been planning to travel abroad someday in the future.
