Her fingers itched slightly.
Why did she have to feel like this, now?
Why did the Need come at this exact moment?
For once, she was feeling good.
She might even go as far to say;
I am actually happy now.
But then, something just .. broke within her.
That happyness started to fade in a fast rate,
And just like that
The happiness turned into angst and sorrow.
And the Need came back.
That Need that just grew obnoxious if she didn't do it.
And bloody hell, she despised it more than anything else.
Why did it have to come back?
...She was happy...
Slowly, she stood up,
Almost sobbing and with tears in her mellow eyes.
Her steps took her from the livingroom
To the newly-painted hall,
And into the bathroom.
She didn't want to,
But she had to.
As the cold metal gracefully touched her skin,
Like it had done so many times,
She held back a sob and continued.
Teardrops fell onto the wound.
It stinged.
