the razorblades indicates that life isn't a dance on roses. the cracks in the cake could mean that, under the fluffy and creamy facade, life is falling apart. the crack in the ring could mean that there will be no eternety. the hand under the skirt implies that the bride might not be so inocent and pure as the white dress would be a symbol for. Also, notice that the perfect world outside is ust a curtain, and underneath there is darkness. andthe thing that could be most inmportant: the a bit transparent girl sitting on the front row with what looks like a broken and dirty wedding dress and a big black-eye. that could be the bride in the future, implying that this wedding will not work out well.
