A new day, A new start
If you don't know where you are going, that is where you'll end up
If you take big paces you leave big spaces
If you are going to be a champion, you must be willing to pay a greater price.
If there's no Rugby team in Heaven, I'm not going...
Rugby is like war; easy to start, difficult to stop...and impossible to forget
Rugby is not a contact sport, it's a collision sport.
Dancing is a contact sport
PAIN is your friend, it reminds you, you are still ALIVE
Without violence there is no courage, without mayhem there is no grace, without pain there is no exalted relief in victory. Ruck or Die!!!
