85 percent of the words in the swedish language is negative words:O...that´s crazy you can do whatever you want with your life just trust in yourself and focus at your goal.
We are stronger than we think it´s just in our minds we build baracades that makes us think "i can´t do that"...yes you can maybe not right now but if you really want to do it, you can.
How do you think people can break several bricks of concrete with one punch of their fist?
They have muscles, yes but they also have mental strength and focus, they don´t see the obsticals (concrete bricks) and that is more important than muscles in this case...
