En av många kyrkor som ligger på Gotland. Egentligen, det finns närvarande 92 stående och 9 ruiner.
One of Gotland´s typical signs are churches. To be exact, 92 standing and 9 ruins can be found there at present. Mostly they are dated back to the end of 11th and 12th century, consisting of three separately construted buildings glued together and with various parts restored or rebuilt with time, which usually leaves the middle part oldest and tower youngest. It´s nothing peculiar for a nave to have all the romanesque signs with a tower in the gothic style.
