Idag blev måttet rågat på min och @Nattmara-bjd väntan på Hilary. Idag är det 5 månader sen vi beställde, och ingen är klokare över vad fan som pågår. Så vi komponerade ihop ett mail till Doll Chateau, så här ser det ut:
Me and my friend ordered one Hilary doll each on January 27 through Angelesque.co.uk.
Both of us have previous experience of Doll Chateau and I had bought a doll from Angelesque on a previous occasion, so we had complete confidence in this transaction.
After waiting for over 2 months (on May 8th) we recived an email telling us that the order had reached Angelesque, but that there had been some trouble with the order so that BOTH our dolls we're in the wrong colour. Now, I know this can happen sometimes, but Carol at Angelesque assured us that our Hilarys would be on the next Doll Chateau order that would appear in 2-3 weeks. She was really sorry and offered us a wig each for compensation, even if the fault wasn't hers.
Now it is June 27th, exactly 5 months since we ordered our Hilarys (and almost 8 weeks since the wrong colour ones arrived to Angeesque), and we can't get any information on where they are, how long it will take and so on.
We've both been sending emails to Carol at Angelesque, but she doesn't really know either. It's such a shame, because we both had really high thoughts of Doll Chateau, and this is a major letdown for us.
When we first ordered our dolls we were really excited since both of us loved the sculpt, but now it just feels like never ending trouble and money thrown in a dumpster. It's not supposed to take 5 months to make one doll, there is just no way that this is resonable. At least someone could have contacted us during this time and tell us what is going on, but we've heard nothing whatsoever.
How much more waiting do we have on this order?
Nu hoppas vi alltså på ett vettigt svar och kanske, om vi har tur, någon form av kompensering. Uppdatering kommer när (om) vi får svar.
