A friend gave me an old MotorGuide Brute Model No. 750, however, there are no connectors on the battery-end of the power cables. I know that the red wire connects to the positive terminal and the black wire connects to the negative terminal, but I do not know where the third white wire should go.

30 Sep 2012 I am attempting to troubleshoot :rolleyes: my Motorguide 750 Brute trolling motor. I have read some of the posts here and downloaded the battery wiring diagram from the sticky. At the bow both reds are tied together and both blacks are tied together using wirenuts. Then it's off to the foot petal :doh: Issue I

8 Apr 2012 Greetings, Took the boat out on the lake and was doing a great job of catching fish, when my good ol' trolling motor starting cutting in and out. It finally just quite all together.
