The Doctor and Agatha Christi are trying to solve a murder mystery. They've just been asking everyone to recall what they were doing at a quarter past four, and we've seen flashbacks as they've been telling them.
The Doctor (apropos of Poirrot, thoughtfully): "You know, I've been to Belgium. Oh yeah, I remember. (Flashback to him carrying a bow and a quiver of arrows through a dense forest.) I was hiking through the Ardennes, trying to find Charlemagne. He'd been kidnapped by an insane computer."
Agatha Christie: "Doctor!
The Doctor (snapping out of it): "Sorry!"
Agatha Christie (annoyed and slightly disdainful): "Charlemagne lived centuries ago!"
The Doctor (smug and slightly absent-minded): "I've got a very good memory."
Later on, they're examining the broken-off sting from a giant wasp plunged clean through a door.
The Doctor: "Well, there are tons of amorphous, insectivorous lifeforms, but non in this galactic vector."
Agatha Christie (amused): "I think I understood some of those word – enough to know that you're completely potty!"
Donna: "Lost its sting, though, that makes it harmless."
The Doctor: "Oh, a creature this size? Gotta be able to grow a new one."
Agatha Christie: "Can we return to sanity? There are no such things as giant wasps…"
The Doctor (exuberantly): "Exactly! So – question is, what's it doing here?"
