PRODUCT: LIGHT BAR. PRE-RUNNER. APPLICATION: 15-16 F-150. STOP! READ BEFORE CONTINUING. THIS PART IS INTENDED TO BE PROFESSIONALLY. INSTALLED BY A CERRIFIED TECHNICIAN. PLEASE READ. ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY BEFORE. BEGINNING INSTALLATION!
Toyota Light Bar/Pre-Runner Installation Instructions. Hardware Kit Contains: Recommended Tools: (8) 5/16" x 1" Bolts. Socket Set. (8) 5/16" Lock Washers. Torque Wrench. (8) 5/16" Nuts. Wrench Set. (2) T12 Inner Brackets. Step 1: Locate and remove the 3 nuts from the main bumper support on each side of the vehicle.
Repeat for the passenger side bracket. Step 3: Carefully slide the light bar through the slotted hole in the bumper until the light bar brackets are aligned with the bumper mounted brackets. Next, using the 3/8" x 1 ?" hex head bolts and 3/8" flat washers, start in each bolt location and hand tighten.
Installation Instructions Light Bar. 1. 3/8" x 1 " Carriage Bolts. 8. 3/8" Flat Washers. 8. 3/8" Hex Nut. 8. Mounting Brackets. Step 1: Locate the four factory bumper mounts and remove all four nuts from the Products licensed to N-fab Inc. by Fichter Designs are protected by US patent law and International Copy Right law.
Rain Gutter Applications: C1450LR, D0950LR, F0450LR, F0950LR, T0750LR. Step 1: Identify the driver's and passenger's side brackets. The LED light mounting holes will point toward the front of the vehicle, with the N-FAB logo legible from each side of the vehicle. Step 2: Mount the N-FAB brackets to the LED light bar.
3 Dec 2009 hey all, i got my n-fab off craigslist last night, and i dont have instructions on how to install it, can someone get me a link or scan the
24 Jan 2014 Drilling a total of five holes, to be exact, two for each bracket and one fairly large hole for the light bar's wiring and connector. While it's not impossible to go back after the installation of the brackets, it's not exactly easy either. So BE WARNED. We also did a few things differently than N-Fab's instructions,
Step 2: Perform step 5 above. NOTE: Mount the license plate back behind the Light Bar bracket. Step 1: Align the two holes in the center bracket of the light bar to the factory license plate holes in the bumper. Next, insert the two 5/16" carriage bolts and the 5/16" nuts and hand tighten.
