17 Oct 2012 This is my own experience in gameplay US version. When you hire peon, you will have to pick a job for peon and class. Even if peon has same job same SP skill, but each class may has different active skills and passive skill (innate skill). Only these skill for each class can transfer when peon fusion.
The fusion mechanics were a bit confusing to me, so I'm posting all I've learned about it so far. Bear in mind that the cost increases with each subsequent fusion.
