8 Aug 2011 Carol's problem was with a multi page PDF she had created from Excel (the original was a large text table — nothing fancy). The spreadsheet was fairly wide, and she had created the PDF using an A3 paper size. The resulting document was seven pages long. She wanted to insert it in her Word document
Is there a way to insert or copy a pdf into an excel document. I then go into excel and click on paste and it pastes (i think as an image) the first page of the pdf which is brilliant. but i need to be able to see the other pages of the pdf as the pdf has multiple pages?
There is a trick that nearly works. You can create a text box in excel, and then select all text in the word document (Ctrl-A), copy it and paste it into the Excel text box. Graphics and size formatting don't usually make it across the divide, but bold, links, so forth usually do. Like I said, not a perfect solution, but if
