This build is meant for soloing, as in soloing ANYTHING. I love the Templar for it's stamina regeneration, self-heals, and shield of destruction. The Harvester focuses on that trinity to keep resources up, dropping ultimate for health, and smashing enemies into dust. The more enemies you're fighting, the stronger you become.

I have a level 38 Templar and I'm running a build similar to this. deltiasgaming.com/2015/09/09/the-battery-eso-templar-healer-build/ I use many of the same abilities and I also go dual wield/resto staff but my choice of gear is different. Later, after I unlocked Blazing Shield, I switched from a magicka build to stamina with the Biting Jabs morph of Puncturing Strikes because Breath of Life and Blazing Shield gives plenty of survivability. Magicka builds work great on Templars too. Just isn't my style. If you're leveling, just spam sweep/jabs
