But there's nothing in details written about this mode in manual or website. Can you tell me how this machine operates under this mode? (Fan keeps on running in this mode).

The remote should not have anything to do with the unit activating if the is a manual thermostat. I suggest checking to see if either the motor has gone bad or the capacitor has bit the dust.
