9 Sep 2010 Hey all, I recently got a nice deal on an 2009 Felt F5 frame, however I am clueless as to how to get a proper guide for the front derailleur cable.
Perfect fit. The frame is 1995 model and had the Shimano model SP-16 cable guide. These are hard to find and a little pricey. The SP-18 comes in several flavors (designated by the -s -m or -t suffix). My model was the -t and fits well. I have not had a chance to make a ride since installation, so I can't comment on durability.

While replacing the front derailleur cable, I misplaced the Bottom Bracket Cable Guide on my Emonda SL. Does that plastic housing protect against abrasion of the shift-cable (internally routed) rubbing-along the "groove", as it exits the BB? If necessary, I could use short sections
