By default, when AutoCAD publishes a drawing to a PDF file, multiple layouts are published into one single PDF file. You'd like to know how to publish each layout to a single PDF file using EXPORTPDF command so that you can have multiple PDF files. Go to Output > Export to DWF/PDF. Click Export to DWF/PDF Options.
Activate the drop-down list next to "Publish To," and select an output format. You can publish a multi-sheet file directly to a plotter, or you can save it to a PDF file or to AutoCAD's native DWF file format for viewing.
6 Feb 2010 hello everybody, I?ve tried searching for this one but i couldn?t find what i?m looking for, I?m trying to publish multiple layouts to one pdf file but cad seems to dish out separte pdf?s. 5 Aug 2011 I changed my Publish options on the Project Navigator for publishing to PDF as a single sheet per sheet layout. Now I want to put it back so that when I publish it does ALL sheet into one PDF file and I can not figure out how to put it back. Now ever time I publish it does each sheet as a separate pdf.

I solved the problem by reconfiguring the PDF driver. Thanks Ellen for your advice. This is a great tip for me as I am a resource person for the AutoCAD in Engineering organization

22 Jan 2012 In the Publish command window, adjust the settings as follows: Sheet list = None. Publish to = Plotter named in page setup. Location = Choose the location you want the PDF to send to. Type = Single-sheet file.
