Hi Jill and Kathy. There is CPT code 45915, which is what I would use, if performed under conscious sedation.

4 May 2014 How often do EM docs see people with impacted feces that requires manual methods of removal? And who exactly does it, the .. And, sadly, while I have heard that it pays well, the CPT code above is intended for GENERAL ANESTHESIA (ie. in OR), and not for ED/office use. If anyone can show me proof
