I know that after you've tried it, you'll find the GT Xpress 101 indispensable and you'll use it every day, so I've included plenty of recipes from which to choose. The key is to keep it out on your counter.
For those of you that purchased a GT XPRESS 101, here is a blog you can visit for recipes. Rest assured that all recipes that I post on this blog have already been prepared and tried by me. No 'dud' of a recipe shall be posted here! Only the good ones! Most recipes are my own creation, but some may be tweaked recipes

20 Jul 2013 Preheat your GT Xpress. Spray top and bottom of well with cooking spray, such as Pam. Pour in the egg. Add as much ground beef as you can without the egg spilling out of the well. Cook 3 min. Flip with your GT spatula, and if it breaks (which it will) no problem. You'll see. Cook 2-3 more min., until done to
