I've tried and failed with Ikko Ikki soooo many times on Hard, I've tried several times just staying around their starting location, and then recently tried the tactic of sailing an army over to southern Kyushu. 28 May 2011 Re: Ikko Ikki Campaign Guides. How are the ikko ikki's ashigaru unit compare to other clans? I notice that there is more men, but are weaker? Higher morale but their archer are also more expansive. But I guess having an artisan and a forge in the beginning territory mean they will at least be superior units

I'm planning on getting a DLC clan for Shogun 2, but I can't decide on whether to get Otomo or the Ikko Ikki. Thoughts?
Hmmm I never know how to start a thread Neways. I bought Shogun 2 along with the Ikko Ikki pack and that is the only Clan that I've been playing.
Shogun 2. Ikko Ikki Clan. The Ikko Ikki are mostly common, simple peasants, inspired by faith and hope to fight against their cruel and greedy masters. Known as the “single-minded league", they are followers of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism. While largely a movement of peasants, the Ikko Ikki are not without military skills.
