A security guard protects an eleven year-old girl who is being targeted by a gang for participating as a trial witness.
An ex-special services veteran (Antonio Banderas), down on his luck and desperate for work, takes a job as a security guard at a run-down mall in a rough area of town. On his first night on the job, he opens the doors up to a distraught and desperate young girl who has escaped and fled from a hijacking of the US Marshal motorcade that was transporting her to testify as a trial witness. Hot on her heels is psychopathic hijacker (Ben Kingsley), alongside his resourceful henchmen, who will stop at nothing to extract and eliminate their witness.
I honestly expected more after seeing the trailer and thought this will be a great action movie come back for Antonio but the directing let him down.
Ben did a great villain part and so did Antonio being the ex military Captain.
The movie shed the light on the difficult life for those who come home after deployment with no suitable job and how they need some medical and psychological treatment.
It could have been done in a better way
Pretty shocking film. Storyline good but nothing else good except the 2 main actors which kept me watching
